Tom Ferrell is a seasoned commercial real estate finance executive with twelve years of loan origination and portfolio management experience. Currently serving as Vice President at Edgewood Capital Advisors, Tom is responsible for the sourcing, closing, and management of structured lending transactions and the execution of portfolio growth strategies.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Tom is involved in various local non-profit activities and lives in Guilford, CT with his wife and four children.
