Emily Huntress Lamont

Emily Huntress Lamont is an organization builder who is passionate about politics, policy, healthcare, and startups. In the past decade, she has worked in a range of fields: campaigns, consulting, healthcare policy, startups, and venture capital. She was until recently a Policy Associate for Joe Biden’s Presidential campaign, and a program manager at 4-CT. At 4-CT, she developed and operated the 4-CT Card program – providing direct financial assistance to Connecticut families impacted by COVID-19. Previously, she served as COO & CFO for the successful 2018 campaign for Governor of Connecticut.

Prior to the campaign, she was the Director of Growth & Strategy at Oxeon Partners where she launched a venture studio and venture fund, currently known as Town Hall Ventures. Emily currently serves on the SeriousFun Children’s Network YEX Board and the Governor’s Innovation Fellowship Advisory Board. She received an AB from Harvard College, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
