Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence (CCADV) is the state’s leading voice for victims of domestic violence and those organizations that serve them. 4-CT partnered with CCADV to address this the increase in domestic violence cases related to COVID-19 and support victims and survivors. The project supported eighteen domestic violence provider sites adjust to the increasing demand for help from victims and survivors.
