Project Details
The Community Health Center Association of Connecticut (CHCACT) is a network of community health centers (CHCs) that serves a significant percentage of the state’s low-income and rural populations and implements programs ranging from emergency care to tele-health for patients of all ages. Community health centers across Connecticut play a vital role in strengthening and supporting the clinical needs of patients in vulnerable populations. This project allowed CHCACT to purchase necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) in order to stay open and continue to provide critical health services to the community when they needed it most.
