Since 2011, Food Rescue has worked to get food into the hands of those that need it most through a network of 200+ social service agency partners. As the food insecurity crisis continued to grow during the early COVID-19 pandemic, Food Rescue established a COVID-19 meal preparation and delivery system to get meals to the most vulnerable of the food insecure population in Connecticut.
